Tarot Readings
I have had an interest in learning to read Tarot for many years. But I was unsure of my ability to read and understand the cards. When my son was in his early teens, he asked for a deck of tarot cards and for some lessons. I met a woman that I respected and trusted, who taught tarot, a perfect example of the saying, “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” We began taking lessons together.
I discovered that it is a joyful and life-affirming experience to communicate with these cards and to share with others the wisdom that they offer. Learning to read the cards was not a difficult memorization process. Instead it is like becoming acquainted with new friends.
Each card has many different things to say and together the cards will act in concert with each other. As a group they will send messages of hope, wisdom and guidance. I have learned never to fear what they might say. If they tell us of something difficult, they will also tell us of the most creative and joyful path through any difficult passage in our lives. They remind us constantly that we are the co-creators of our lives and guide us in manifesting the lives that we dream of. They also act as signposts that shed light on where we are headed so that we might better know which path to take and what choices will bring us to where we intend to be.
My cards have helped me to come to a place of greater confidence and self –assurance. This is the energy that I bring to my readings. My hope is to help others also come to a place of greater confidence and self-assurance. My intention is for everyone who comes to me for a reading to walk away with greater clarity and a stronger sense of empowerment. May we all, whether in human form or in card form, help each other to remember the light within us.
Namaste,
